Unser Vertikalshredder Rotacrex hat sich in diesem Jahr als unseres drittes Standbein etabliert und läuft in den unterschiedlichsten Anwendungen wie zur Elektronikschrottzerkleinerung, Holzzerkleinerung, zur Zerkleinerung von überlagerte Lebensmittel, im Klärwerk oder in Biogasanlagen zur Aufbereitung von Festmist und Silage. Weitere Aufträge wurden bereits platziert und werden im Frühjahr 2014 ausgeliefert.

Eine Mischung aus hauptsächlich Rinder bzw. Pferdemist und Maissilage wird nun täglich mit unserem Vertikalzerkleinerer vom Typ Rotacrex R750 zerkleinert. Dabei erzielt die Maschine eine Durchsatzleistung von ca. 3 - 3,5 t/h bei einer Auslassöffnung von ca. 20 mm.

Powerful tire shredding with bomatic B1350DD

I am Christian and I am an trainee at the company Bomatic since 1 week. I got a lot of impressions and insights and also learned a lot about the Different Jobs at Bomatic. In the first week I was in the factory, where I worked at the Rotacrex R1200 I hope that will do their job well in the wastewater treatment plant. I learned a lot about machines. In my second week at Bomatic I was in the office and have learned a lot about the organization and development of the individual machines. My Staffs were very nice and included me into their community. The work experience brought me closer to the world of work.

In a live Demonstration it was shown the feeding of difficult solid-materials. The Focus was on our vertical Shredder Rotacrex R750 with 45 kW drive.

The numerous visitors were able to see there are no problems while shredding of difficult materials like gras silage or solid dung. Highlight was the shredding of Stones as it is possible to shred even Stones with our Rotacrex. For some visitors it was fun to search Stones in the area in order to test the machine thoroughly.

As of 1st July, 2013 Bomatic announce the appointment of Fercell Engineering as sole UK and Ireland distributors. During a recent Bomatic headquarters visit of Mr. Mark Fletcher, Managing director and Mr. Malcolm Fletcher, Company chairman Mr. Joachim Lüdemann stated after the meeting “it became quickly apparent this will be a fruitful partnership. Fercell is already well known to the UK and Irish markets for their shredding knowledge and expertise. Mr. Malcolm Fletcher confirmed Mr. Joachim Lüdemann’s comments adding, “With the addition of two-shaft shredder, granulator and vertical shredding technology our industry offering is now complete. Both parties were very positive going forward.

An exciting week lies behind our sales manager for GUS Katharina Staats and our technical director Marion Böttcher. We were looking forward to a high amont of vistors for the exhibition generally and many interesting enquiries for our shredders and granulators.

was delivered beginning this month. The machine type is our bomatic B1350DD which is very popular and reliable in the area of tire recycling. The cutter module opening is 1.350 x 900 mm, driven by 2x55 kW. The cutter module is fitted with 72 mm cutters, the throughput capacity of the machine is about 8-10 t/h. Like all machines this machine type, the cutter module is fittted with fast shaft changing system, so it is possible to change the complete cutter shafts in very short time. Our vertical shredder type Rotacrex R1200 is now available in mobile version and could be rented from our customers. For testing reason or shredding of your material, this is now possible from our our side.
The vertical shredder is driven by 75 kW, the outlet size is adjustable. Including in scope of delivery is a feeding bunker and belt- conveyor and outlet belt conveyor. The machine could be used as example for shredding of wood, treatment of goods before feeding into biogas plant

Our two-shaft shredder type bomatic DS8 is also available with hydraulic drive. The machine was developed for the shredding of ship waste especially in an extremely stabile version. Regarding to the high standards of the shipyard the machine is delivered with hydraulic drives, power 45 kW hydraulically. The machine is used for shredding of complete ship waste like tins, drums, paper, cardboard or plastic and metal containers. After sucessfull factory acceptance test the machine starts its long journey to Japan.
