We just received the news a further vertical shredder is operating to the complete satisfaction of the customer. “And this from Japan” the CEO Mr. Lüdemann is delighted to report. “We are very proud our machines are used worldwide”. The machine has been delivered three months ago and the startup took place six weeks ago. The machine is used for shredding of pc-boards, transformer carcasses and further electronic components.

with a rotary shear type bomatic B400D for shredding of food waste. Because of the stabile construction of our two-shaft shredders, the customer decides to order a quantity of 10 machines at once. Our machine type B400D is design for shredding of wet or fluid materials and the bearings are protected by special sealing. Therefore it is not possible fluids could reach the bearing. With this machines there are working more than 80 of these machine types world wide now!

..are being cut in stripes with our rotary shear type bomatic B1350S. The special task with this plant was the hopper, which has to be build in a very strong version with hopper to be closed hydraulically and locked pneumatically. A new designed hydraulic ram pushes the bulky waste towards the cutter shafts. After only three days of assembling the machine could be started the first time. Thanks a lot to the fantastic team for helping us installing the plant.

The Task was to shred metal fraction of a mechanical biological reyscling plant. This is done by our two shaft Shredder type bomatic B1600 since middle of this months.

Successful installation of bomatic DS4 lang in nuclear plant

In einer extrem kurzen Zeit von nur 4 Wochen hat unsere Konstruktionsabteilung eine Sondermaschine entwickelt, die für einen Kunden gleich 5x produziert wurde. Auch die Produktionszeit war sehr knapp gehalten, nach nur weiteren 6 Wochen standen die fünf Maschinen versandbereit in unserer Montagehalle.

A successful startup we were able to do again in January; our shredding type DS4 was installed in Bosnia Herzegovina for shredding of zinc die-cast. The material will be filled into the shredder by tipping device and shred by the powerful 11 kW machine.

Interesting enquiries were received all about pre-treatment of substrates for biogas plants during the Biogas Fachtagung in Nürnberg and we are planning another demonstration very soon.
