All machines get a test run before shipment at bomatic site. Even if, as it was in this case, only cutter modules are in scope of supply, the machines will be built up completely and tested. The described machines are used for shredding of complete filled files and the material will be shred in two steps. The cutters, which are produced in bomatic workshop, are exactly designed for the shredded material. The first machine contain cutters with small height of cutter knives, the second machine thin granulation cutters. The possibility of manufacturing the cutters in bomatic workshop allows us to design and produce cutters, which are exactly defined for the material – a big advantage for our customer.

Since some weeks one more vertical shredder type Rotacrex R1200 for shredding of dung is running successfully. Sales and installation of the machine was done by company PlanET Biogastechnik, our partner in the area of biogas plants. The responsible product planer is very happy for the positive feedback he got from the customer. “The customer is very satisfied with the machine. He is feeding the machine with about 70-80% dung and the machine is able to reach a throughput capacity of 7-8 t/h. The Rotacrex R1200 is our machine with diameter of 1.200 mm and is driven by a 75 kW motor.

Surrounded by lovely green trees is working a new bomatic Shredder type B1350DD. The Shredder is used for shredding car and truck tyres.

Next two-shaft shredder for drums was installed in frebruary and is shredding the 200 l steel and plastic drums without Problems. The hydraulic ram pushs the drums towards the cutter module just in case they drums don't fall directly into it. The Shredder type bomatic B1000S is equipped with 36 mm cutters and is driven by 37,5 kW drive.

No snow in the north of Germany, therefore bomatic delivers machines in white color. The machines are type bomatic DS4 lang with a cutter module opening of 1.020 540 mm. The customer, who ordered two machines at once, is going to shred packaging waste with the machines. For powerful shredding are responsible stabile cutters with cutter width of 25 mm and a drive power of 22 kW.

Due to customer requirements in the area of food waste recycling our shredding machine type B250ED has been complete reworked and the new and optimized type B250EV has been created. The machine is designed with additional partition walls, therefore we have a separation from the bearing area and the inside cutter module. The complete sealing of the bearing is mounted in one bush; this bush could be dissembled from the outside of the cutter module completely.
With our B250EV we have been created a very robust and compact machine, where the customer is able to maintenance it easily. After extensive trial run the first ten machines are in production and the next serial production is ready for pick up.
